Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the Host Cancels an Event
If a Host cancels an event, attendees who purchased tickets through Seasons Women will receive a refund of the ticket price paid for the cancelled event, subject to any separately disclosed treatment of processing or service fees presented at checkout and applicable law. The Host is financially responsible for refunds resulting from the Host's cancellation. If Seasons is holding ticket proceeds, Seasons may use those funds to process refunds. If proceeds have already been paid to the Host, the Host must provide or reimburse funds necessary to complete required refunds.
If an Event Is Rescheduled
Attendees will be notified of the new date and time. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, attendees may keep their ticket for the new event date or request a refund within the refund period provided in the rescheduling notice.
If an Attendee Cancels
Unless the individual event listing states otherwise, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable when an attendee chooses not to attend. Hosts may offer a more flexible policy if it is displayed before purchase.
No-Shows
If an attendee does not attend an event, the attendee is not entitled to an automatic refund unless the event listing states otherwise or applicable law requires one.
Significant Event Changes
If a Host makes a significant change to an event, including certain substantial changes to date, location, or nature, Seasons may require the Host to offer attendees a refund when appropriate or legally required.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Timing may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
Host Responsibility
A Host who repeatedly cancels events, fails to provide required refund funds, or otherwise violates this policy may have their ability to host or sell tickets through Seasons Women suspended or terminated.
