Host & Business Terms

Host & Business Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

These terms apply to any individual, business, organization, expert, vendor, or other entity ("Host") that creates, promotes, manages, or sells tickets to an event through Seasons Women. They apply in addition to the Seasons Women Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event date, time, location, description, price, capacity, restrictions, and requirements.
  • Obtain required licenses, permits, insurance, approvals, and authorizations.
  • Deliver the event substantially as advertised and communicate material changes.
  • Provide a reasonably safe and appropriate environment and comply with applicable law.
  • Honor the cancellation and refund requirements below.

2. Ticket Sales

  • The Host authorizes Seasons and its payment-processing partners to collect payments from attendees on the Host's behalf.
  • Applicable platform fees, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other authorized amounts may be deducted before payout as permitted by the applicable agreement.

3. Host Cancellation

  • If a Host cancels an event, attendees who purchased tickets through Seasons are entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid, subject to separately disclosed treatment of fees and applicable law.
  • The Host is financially responsible for refunds resulting from the Host's cancellation.
  • Seasons may withhold unpaid funds, deduct refund amounts from amounts payable to the Host, recover amounts through an authorized payment mechanism where permitted, or require reimbursement.
  • If proceeds have already been paid and are insufficient to cover required refunds, the Host remains responsible for the outstanding amount.
  • Failure to reimburse required refunds may result in suspension or termination of Host privileges and other remedies available under the agreement and law.

4. Rescheduled Events

Hosts must promptly notify attendees of rescheduling. Unless otherwise required by law, attendees may keep their ticket for the rescheduled event or request a refund within the communicated refund window. Material changes may be treated as a cancellation when appropriate or required.

5. Attendee Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated on the event listing, ticket sales are final for attendee-initiated cancellations. Hosts may establish a more flexible policy if clearly disclosed before purchase and compliant with law and these Terms.

6. No-Shows

Attendees who do not attend are not automatically entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Event Changes

Hosts must promptly update event listings when important information changes and may not materially misrepresent or substitute an event substantially different from what attendees purchased without appropriate notice and, when applicable, a refund option.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Hosts agree to reasonably cooperate with Seasons and its payment processor regarding disputes. Where permitted, chargebacks, dispute fees, refunds, and related costs attributable to the Host or event may be deducted from amounts payable or otherwise recovered from the Host.

9. Prohibited Events and Conduct

Hosts may not create or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, unreasonably unsafe, infringing, unlawfully discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited events.

10. Host Content

Hosts represent that they own or have permission to use submitted content and grant Seasons a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and market the event and Platform.

11. Taxes

Hosts are responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations arising from event revenue except where Seasons or its payment processor is legally required to collect, report, or remit taxes.

12. Relationship Between Seasons and Hosts

Hosts are independent users and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Seasons solely by virtue of using the Platform.

13. Third-Party Events

For third-party events, Seasons does not control the Host's performance. To the extent permitted by law, Seasons is not responsible for injuries, losses, property damage, disputes, or other claims arising from a third-party Host's operation, except to the extent caused by Seasons' own conduct or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension or Removal

Seasons may suspend or remove Host accounts or event listings for fraud, repeated cancellations, failure to provide required refunds, material misrepresentation, safety concerns, violations, or other conduct presenting material risk.

15. Changes

Seasons may update these Host Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

16. Contact

Questions regarding Host accounts, ticket sales, refunds, or these Terms may be directed through contact information provided in the app or website.
