Community & Event Guidelines
Last Updated: September 25, 2026
Be Respectful
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, hateful conduct, unlawful discrimination, and deliberately abusive behavior are not permitted.
Respect Privacy
Do not share another member's private information, photographs, messages, personal story, or contact information outside its intended audience without permission. What another woman chooses to share about fertility, pregnancy, loss, relationships, family, career, or personal experiences belongs to her.
Be Authentic
Do not impersonate another person or intentionally misrepresent your identity, business, professional qualifications, or event.
No Fraud or Scams
Fraudulent events, misleading ticket listings, financial scams, pyramid schemes, unauthorized solicitations, and other deceptive practices are prohibited.
Professional and Health Information
Community conversations and events may include professionals or discussions involving wellness, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, mental well-being, relationships, finances, careers, or similar subjects. Unless expressly stated otherwise, content shared through Seasons should not be considered individualized medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Events
Members attending in-person events are responsible for deciding whether an event and its activities are appropriate for them. Hosts are responsible for reasonably maintaining event safety and complying with applicable requirements. Seasons may remove events or Hosts presenting material safety, fraud, or legal concerns.
Event Assumption of Risk
Participation in certain in-person events may involve ordinary risks associated with travel, physical activity, food and beverages, venues, weather, or interaction with other people. By choosing to participate, attendees acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with the particular activity. This does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived. Certain activities may require a separate event-specific waiver.
Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report harassment, unsafe behavior, fraud, inappropriate content, or other violations through Seasons' reporting or support tools.
Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, Seasons may issue warnings, remove content, cancel listings, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. Serious safety concerns or unlawful activity may result in immediate action.
